I currently reside in Sacramento CA. Since November 2023, I have been experiencing pain in my right side neck, shoulder, back and arm. It has been extremely uncomfortable and after seeing my medical doctor, after x-ray’s all she can offer was pain meds and muscle relaxers, which was only a temporary fix!

I had plans to visit my sister in San Diego this past weekend and it turned out to be the best decision. After my flight there my sister asked me if I was ok? She clearly could tell that there was something wrong. She noticed that my head and body was leaning to the left, which I didn’t even notice because of how long I have been walking that way. She told me about Dr.John Meisner from Back2Play based in Coranado, and how he helped nurse her injury back to health, which she is now back to playing volleyball. I didn’t hesitate and made an appointment later that same afternoon.

Dr.Meisner was extremely inviting, friendly and professional. I described my condition to him and he was very knowledgeable about my issues just from learning what we discussed in that short timeframe. He educated me on what I needed to do going forward to help manage my pain, then proceeded to give me some adjustments to my neck and back. Immediately after, I could already feel a major improvement in my neck and the nerve pain was 90% disappearing. My back also showed improvements. Because of that I was able to truly enjoy my vacation stay with my sister and not be limited with my activities.

On my last day there, I decided to make one last appointment with Dr. Meisner. Doing that made my flight back home more comfortable. When I arrived, my wife had even noticed a difference in my overall posture.

Due to Dr. Meisner I am now a big believer with Chiropractic Care. I am now going to seek care here in Sacramento and you can rest assure that when I am ever back is San Diego, I will continue to seek care from Dr. Meisner.
